Registration fees provide access to all conference sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, refreshments, cocktails indicated in the conference agenda and all conference documentations. Travel and lodging fees are not included in the registration fee. All delegates are responsible for booking their own travel and hotel. In order to facilitate the hotel bookings we have made some arrangements, for more information check the ‘practical information‘ on the conference website.
Cancellation of participation has to be send by email to info@youthwatching.com. In case of cancellation before November 14 2008, an administration fee of 15% will be charged. As from November 15 2008, no refunds will be made. Substitution of delegates can be made at any time, just send an email to info@youthwatching.com so the organisation can make the necessary changes.
Early subscription bonus - the book buy-ology - is only valid if registered in between October 17, 2008 and November 14 2008.
By registering, delegates allow Trendwolves nv to use their name for mailings. Trendwolves NV will carefully guard its participants’ privacy and does not disclose email addresses for any purpose. Photographs will be taken during the Forum. By registering you allow Trendwolves NV to publish these pictures.
Trendwolves NV has the right to make changes to the programme.
